A 7-stage structural project lifecycle ensuring technical precision, schedule reliability, controlled fabrication, and certified site installation.
Initial discovery meeting with client stakeholders, architects, and project managers to outline the project’s functional objectives, required clear spans, eave heights, architectural aesthetic, and project budget parameters.
Thorough field survey to verify exact boundary dimensions, topography, soil bearing capacity reports, existing foundation conditions, access roads for transport vehicles, crane staging zones, and regional wind exposure.
Development of structural concepts and 3D finite element stress models. Calculations evaluate dead load, live load, wind uplift, and seismic factors to optimize steel section sizes and ensure code compliance.
Preparation of comprehensive fabrication shop drawings, connection details, bill of materials (BOM), weld schedules, cutting lists, and membrane patterning geometry for tensile canopies.
Precision manufacturing in our controlled workshop. Structural steel is CNC cut, fit-up in precision jigs, welded by certified welders, and finished with protective rust-inhibitive primer, PU enamel, or hot-dip galvanizing.
Scheduled transport to site followed by disciplined erection. Experienced rigging teams coordinate mobile cranes, align columns with laser levels, torque high-strength bolts, and tension membrane fabrics.
Comprehensive final walk-through and quality assurance inspection. Verification of alignment, sealants, drainage lines, and bolt connections, culminating in formal project handover and technical documentation.
